Endress & Hauser implemented Critical Chain and saw a significant improvement in project completion and reduction in delays.
Over time, performance declined due to factors such as non-compliance with rules, non-project tasks, and lack of TOC knowledge due to staff fluctuation.
The company plans to establish an 'operating system' to anchor TOC thinking in the company's processes and behaviors.
