What Will You Learn

To help you get the most value from this session, we’ve highlighted a few key points. These takeaways capture the main ideas and practical insights from the presentation, making it easier for you to review, reflect, and apply what you’ve learned.

Plane
Understanding the reasons behind project delays and finding the shortest path to completion is crucial. This can be achieved by applying CCPM and TOC principles locally to address the problem areas.
Focus should be on execution and the time needed to finish the task, rather than basing progress on estimated time. The late task should be established as a priority and resources should be aligned with the task.
Tasks should be broken down into value-added and non-value-added to identify areas of improvement. Performance target should be shared with the team and they should be shown how it was calculated.
