About this Presentation
Eli Goldratt’s 6 Questions for new Technology (6QT), from his book Necessary but not Sufficient (2000), are focused & enhanced into a modern 7 Step ToC Technique for start-up success by Innovators & Entrepreneurs (7QE).
What Will You Learn
To help you get the most value from this session, we’ve highlighted a few key points. These takeaways capture the main ideas and practical insights from the presentation, making it easier for you to review, reflect, and apply what you’ve learned.
The six questions for new technology provide a starting point for assessing new technology, but they need to be renovated to be more practical and specific.
Understanding the customer's needs and the market is crucial when developing new technology. The current six questions for new technology do not adequately address this aspect.
The experience economy, which focuses on providing valuable experiences to customers, is a potential area where TOC could be applied. This approach could increase value and demand, leading to higher throughput.
