What Will You Learn
To help you get the most value from this session, we’ve highlighted a few key points. These takeaways capture the main ideas and practical insights from the presentation, making it easier for you to review, reflect, and apply what you’ve learned.
The concept of freezing and defrosting projects is a strategy used to reduce work in process and increase the flow and rate of flow.
Project pacing, or staggering the induction of new projects to accommodate internal resource limitations, is another strategy discussed.
An alternate implementation approach involves starting with a pilot project, which can be more suitable for certain types of companies.
