About this Presentation
Learn about how TaxValet, a small U.S. based tax firm, fixed their largest bottleneck to growing quickly and profitably by implementing a Do-it-Yourself CCPM solution. Over the span of only 90 days, TaxValet made significant improvements that allowed them to identify problematic clients early, escalate the right issues, iterate on system processes, and increase on-time delivery.
What Will You Learn
To help you get the most value from this session, we’ve highlighted a few key points. These takeaways capture the main ideas and practical insights from the presentation, making it easier for you to review, reflect, and apply what you’ve learned.
Tax Valet identified that their onboarding team was a bottleneck to business growth, leading to project delays, high stress levels among employees, and inefficiencies due to multitasking.
After reading 'The Goal' by Goldratt, they explored and implemented Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) principles, which led to significant improvements in their onboarding workflow.
The changes made, including separating roles to reduce multitasking, regularly reviewing project status, and setting up KPI targets, were small but effective, leading to CCPM becoming an integral part of Tax Valet's culture and project management process.
