About this Presentation

One of the Netherlands' largest breeders and young plant producers, shipping over 2 billion items annually, is transitioning from its proprietary ERP system to a new specialized ERP system. This transition is critical; any misstep could freeze their logistical and financial activities. The project's success hinges on the involvement of numerous employees, who must balance their daily operational roles with project demands, highlighting a prime opportunity for performance optimization. Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) is integral to this optimization, with two main improvements. The first is a revamped project management approach introduced by the Better Results Group, which, by employing projectenfabriek principles, has significantly sharpened focus and reduced the time needed for project tasks, aligning well with employees' busy schedules. The second is the implementation of A-dato's Lynx CCPM software, bringing a suite of tools: a stage module for executive strategy updates, CCPM-based scheduling for prioritizing tasks that streamline implementation, integrations with JIRA, and TameFlow integrations for rapid, across-the-board project feedback, ensuring an always up-to-date project timeline.
