About this Presentation
An analysis revealed that Solvaro had the potential to significantly reduce lead times, increase reliability, enhance capacity, and reduce inventory. Although Solvaro had already achieved considerable success, they recognized that they were approaching their operational limits. Implementing TOC proved to be the solution for optimizing their utilization of both existing and newly acquired resources. The outcomes were remarkable in terms of bottom-line improvements.
