The heart of every flow-oriented critical chain organization is the area where the work is done. This is, I call it task management. What you need here and what is prepared by the system which you need is you have a list of tasks for a team.
Artificial Intelligence can play a significant role in future project management, especially in terms of data management and decision-making. Data combined with artificial intelligence is a new management. The hierarchy becomes very, very flat.
