About this Presentation
TOC at The Speed of Light enables teams to analyse their current reality and build a transition to a future reality in a single day. It demonstrates the power of the new BOK Druid tool. TOC at The Speed of Light optimises the constraint of TOC expertise to rapidly analyse the current reality of a known industry environment and design a transition to a better future reality. Based on the premise that most industries share a common set of conflicts and undesirable effects driven by their individual policies and measures, it uses pre-configured Druids to enable teams to rapidly understand how their current reality is caused by their own decisions and how easily they can pivot to a new paradigm. In this presentation you will learn the process and see how WiseTech Global has used it to transform many of its acquisitions into highly productive operations.
What Will You Learn
To help you get the most value from this session, we’ve highlighted a few key points. These takeaways capture the main ideas and practical insights from the presentation, making it easier for you to review, reflect, and apply what you’ve learned.
The speaker presents a process for accelerating business integration using a concept called Druids, which involves role-playing common business conflicts, constructing a Current Reality Tree (CRT) to understand the root causes, and then developing a Future Reality Tree (FRT) to envision a better future.
The process is designed to be fast, reliable, and repeatable, with the aim of helping businesses become more like WiseTech faster than WiseTech became itself.
The key to this process is not the quality of the CRT or FRT, but rather the creation of a plan for change that the business has written themselves. The goal is to get businesses to start implementing known solutions to their problems.
