About this Presentation
Critical Chain is making inroads into sectors like construction, infrastructure and capital assets where most of the project work is delivered by suppliers and contractors. Construction & capital projects often use standard contracting forms that embed conventional methods into the required workflow. This presentation will discuss how you can overcome the obstacle of conventional contracting to the wider use of Critical Chain.
