About this Presentation
Sadashiv Pandit was responsible for leading Fleetguard through the outstanding Viable Vision(s) done. In this webinar, Humberto Baptista interviews Sadashiv about what it is like to work in a TOC Company, one that integrates TOC into its way of being instead of just implementing TOC tools. A discussion on what it means to be a TOC company, the effects for people, shareholders, clients etc. takes place in this webinar followed by questions from the audience in the final part of this session.
