About this Presentation
We often talk about Critical Chain, and the most famous aspects of the approach are the mono-project features of the solution: identifying the longest sequence of tasks, leveling the load, buffer management, and the fever chart. But there are two other important levels: managing the entire portfolio level to structurally reduce the work-in-process and multitasking, and the micro level to deal with daily activities, identify problems, and establish a short and effective feedback loop. I will provide examples and simple tools to address these three levels of project management.
